    Abstract: The present Final Degree Project consists of a development based on the corresponding ISO standards, the necessary machinery, tools, and experimental protocols to obtain the mechanical properties of the prosthesis (both the external part (shell) and the inner gel) for obtaining a deeper insight into these materials to afterward compare them with other literature and carry out a design in Ansys. The breast implants were collected by the supplier, thanks to the collaboration of Dr. Miriam De la Flor, Head of the Gynaecology and Obstetrics Unit of the Joan XXIII University Hospital.
