Abstract: L'ús excessiu d'antibiòtics en la producció animal és una de les fonts més importants de bacteris resistents a múltiples fàrmacs que esdevenen un risc enorme per a la salut pública. La reducció de l'ús d'antibiòtics és essencial, però cal més investigació per trobar alternatives amb un mode d'acció similar. Els probiòtics es consideren alternatives prometedores a causa de la seva immunomodulació i capacitats antimicrobianes que milloren l'eficiència i la salut animal. En aquest sentit, aquest estudi es va centrar en l'anàlisi dels efectes beneficiosos de 3 soques probiòtiques seleccionades sobre el rendiment i els paràmetres immunològics de les aus de corral quan es veuen desafiats amb una dieta proinflamatòria The overuse of antibiotics in animal production is one of the most important sources of multidrug resistant bacteria becoming an enormous risk for the public health. The reduction of antibiotics use is essential, but more research is needed to find alternatives with a similar mode of action. Probiotics are considered promising alternatives due to their immunomodulation and antimicrobial capacities improving the efficiency and animal health. In this regard, this study was focuses on the analysis of beneficial effects of 3 selected probiotic strains on the performance and immune parameters of poultry when they are challenged with a proinflammatory diet
