Abstract:
Compassion Fatigue is a syndrome that appears from the continued use of empathy combined with the obstacles that can appear in the workplace on a daily basis. The objectives have been; define what compassion fatigue is, develop its prevention and investigate whether it is found in help professionals from various psychological service centers. For this, the Stamm Professional Quality of Life Scale has been used. The conclusions are: - The group presents compassion satisfaction - Does not present burnout levels. - suffers from Compassion Fatigue.
