Abstract:
Petition of right in the Spanish constitutionalism history (1808-1931) This project does reference to the petition of right in the Spanish constitutionalism history, for this reason the research wants to know the position of this figure and his evolution. The most extensive part of the project is dedicated to analyze the Spanish petition of right, but one of his parts studies this figure on the compared side with the aim to know its origins. In attention to the structure of this research project, the first part is an introduction, the second part analyses the most important petition of right texts that served as a precedent for this figure in Spain. The third part develops the most extensive analysis about the different constitutional texts that were valid along 1808 until 1931. Finally, the fourth part is a summary that includes the most important aspects of the research project.
