    Abstract:
    The work focuses on communication between the school and the family of Primary Education students in Catalonia, in different centers located in the province of Tarragona. With the context of a global pandemic and technological progress, the main objective is to explore the opinion and assessment of parents on the use and interaction of ICT as a means of communication in the educational context. For this reason, a qualitative study was carried out through individual interviews with 13 participants. Through the thematic analysis of the responses, common patterns have been identified that reflect their experiences, as well as specific suggestions that can contribute to overcoming barriers and improving communication between the parties involved, whether in the digital field or in person
