    Abstract:
    This work deals with the different generations that are part of the current Spanish labor market. Two lines of thought about them are analyzed: on the one hand, those authors who lean towards the existence of traits that characterize a group of people born within the same range of years, and on the other hand, those who criticize generational research, considering it to be a result of sharing similar life moments rather than being born in a specific year.
