Abstract:
The present work is entitled "The impact of the crisis in the occupation of the women” and is based on the consequences that the crisis could have created in the occupation of the feminine population. To be able to come to a few conclusions in relation to this topic there has developed a theoretical part in which there is exposed firstly the origin of the Spanish crisis and his impact on the labor market, immediately afterwards of the discriminations and obstacles that the women think in the labor world, as well as the repercussion that believe the family in the occupation of these. This work shows the differences between men and women on the labor market, also the situation of disadvantage in which the feminine population thinks, that in spite of forming a part of the productive work he continues dedicating the same time to the reproductive work. Therefore, we can observe as the crisis it creates prejudices towards the women doing still more visible phenomena as the patriarchy one, horizontal and vertical discrimination and the double feminine presence. The labor inequality between the masculine and feminine population in periods of crisis is major and though in some situations it could show that the women reflect percentages better that the men, since for example in the active population, we must bear in mind that he is a little a passenger. So, with this project of end of degree we could have concluded that the women continue suffering inequalities on the labor market and that the context in the one that is nowadays the country harms even more the situation of the women
