    Abstract:
    This work is an investigation based on the verification of the effectiveness of the implementation of a daily relaxation habit to improve the concentration of third grade primary students in the classroom. During this, a group of twenty-five students is observed for a period of four weeks to see their evolution and which factors intervene, benefit and hinder the achievement of the habit in question. In addition, data is collected on their behavior and execution of the habit for nine weeks.
