Abstract:
Emotional education is increasingly important in today's society, so early childhood education is a key stage for working on the emotional development of boys and girls. Consequently, this Final Degree Thesis aims to address emotional education in the early childhood education stage through music, seeking to enhance the integral development of children, working on the identification, regulation and management of their emotions effective way The research focuses on primary emotions, such as joy, sadness, anger and fear, and how music can influence the emotional development of individuals from zero to six years of age, as music is considered to it is a tool that appears on numerous occasions and moments in the preschool classroom. Also, the work presents a methodological proposal that, through fun and creative activities, aims to make use of music in the classroom for the identification of the four basic emotions, introducing children of this stage to the process of emotional education.
