    Abstract:
    The main objective of this Final Degree Thesis is to create several proposals to improve the stagnation of education as a social elevator in the centers of maximum complexity in Tarragonès and Baix Camp. Having done the respective research on the origin of education as a social elevator, it has been possible to verify how this elevator does not work in the same way for the entire population, since it depends to a large extent on the socio-economic origin of these . Having observed the causes of its stagnation, it has been possible to corroborate how these inequalities affect the most vulnerable and, therefore, future generations who are concentrated in the most complex public centres. To obtain results, the sample used was 50 people born between 1970 and 1980, a total of 427 students in the 6th year of Primary and 4th year of ESO and 15 members of the management teams of the centers of maximum complexity.
