Abstract:
The aim of this Final Degree Thesis is the design and creation of an improvement project for Els Popets de Calafell school, with the aim of combating and reducing school stress in the educational community. For the elaboration of this project, a set of seven objectives in the pedagogical, educational community and management fields are proposed in order to deal with the need of the educational center. In this way, the project is committed to the introduction of new methodological actions, the application of active breaks, the natural environment, outdoor education and, the visibility and training of all members of the educational community towards emotional well-being and stress management.
