Abstract: L'ús de probiòtics ha augmentat arreu del món en els últims anys, cosa que ha augmentat la necessitat de comprendre quins factors determinen que un bacteri sigui un probiòtic. En aquest estudi, s'ha utilitzat la seqüenciació completa dels genomes per identificar proteïnes amb major potencial probiòtic. Mitjançant una aproximació bioinformàtica, recerca exhaustiva de la literatura i classificació numèrica de les proteïnes, s'han identificat les categories que més contribueixen a les funcions d’un probiòtic. Com a resultat final, s'ha obtingut un llistat de biomarcadors proteics amb major potencial probiòtic, facilitant així estudis futurs i aplicacions d'aquests microorganismes beneficiosos. The use of probiotics has increased in popularity in recent years, which has increased the need to understand what factors determine which bacterium follows a probiotic. In this study, complete genome sequencing was used to identify proteins with the greatest probiotic potential. Using a bioinformatics approach, an exhaustive review of the literature and numerical classification of proteins, the categories that most contribute to the functions of a probiotic have been identified. As a final result, a list of protein biomarkers with greater probiotic potential has been obtained, facilitating future studies and applications of these beneficial microorganisms.
