Resumen: Humanització a la Unitat de Cures Intensives. Des d’una perspectiva infermera. Revisió Sistemàtica. RESUM Introducció: L’ingrés a una Unitat de Cures Intensives produeix una ruptura de l’entorn habitual del malalt, originant un elevat nombre de sentiments negatius i preocupacions tant per la seua part com de la família. Objectius: Els objectius d’aquesta revisió sistemàtica són estudiar si la humanització de les cures infermeres disminueix els sentiments negatius dels pacients ingressats a una Unitat de Cures Intensives i dels familiars; determinar la importància de la família com a part essencial del pacient i avaluar els beneficis que produeix la contextualització i el fet de conéixer els pacients durant l’ingrés a la Unitat de Cures Intensives. Metodologia: S’ha dut a terme una revisió sistemàtica d’articles científics de les bases de dades Pubmed, Dialnet, Cinahl i Scopus, durant els mesos del desembre del 2019 i el gener del 2020. Els criteris d’inclusió aplicats van ser articles publicats durant els anys 2010-2019, en l’idioma Anglés, Espanyol i Portugués, a més de ser d’accés complet i gratuït. Resultats: Dels 323 articles obtinguts, 13 articles de text complet i gratuït van ser inclosos en la revisió. D’aquests, 10 eren de naturalesa qualitativa, 2 de naturalesa quantitativa i 1 de naturalesa mixta. Conclusió: Les cures humanitzades es centre en una atenció holística, integral i de qualitat al malalt i al seu entorn, per aquest fet és necessari cuidar a la família i satisfer les necessitats que aquesta puga tenir alterades. A més, la contextualització de la vida personal del malalt, és un fet que apropa al professional i facilita la humanització. Systematic review ABSTRACT Introduction: The income at a Unit of Intensive Cures produces a rupture of the habitual surroundings of the patient, originating an overhead number of negative sentiments and worries so much for his part and of the family. Objectives: The objectives of this systematic review are to study if the humanization of the nurses cures diminishes the negative sentiments of the patients taken at a Unit of Intensive Cures and of the relatives; determine the importance of the family as an essential part of the patient and assess the benefits that it produces the contextualization and the fact to meet the patients during the stay at the Unit of Intensive Cures. Methodology: It has carried out a systematic review of scientific articles of the databases Pubmed, Dialnet, Cinahl and Scopus, during the months of December of 2019 and January of 2020. The criteria of inclusion applied were articles published during the years 2010-2019, at the English language, Spanish and Portuguese, in addition to being of free and full access. Results: Of the 323 articles obtained, 13 articles of complete and free text were included at the review. Of these, 10 were of qualitative nature, 2 of quantitative nature and 1 of mixed nature. Conclusion: The humanized cares centre at a holistic attention, integral and of quality at the patient and at his surroundings, for this fact is necessary to take care at the family and satisfy the necessities that this can have altered. Besides, the contextualization of the patient’s personal life is a fact that brings the professional closer and facilitates the humanization.
