    Abstract: Es presenta la síntesi estereoselectiva de derivats de ceramida basats en ciclopropenona com a inhibidors potencials de Des 1. Mitjançant l'aprofitament de la reactivitat singular de les ciclopropenones, s'ha sintetitzat un dels possibles inhibidors de Des1, que porta un heterocicle d'1,2-dicalcogen, de manera eficaç i estalviant temps mitjançant la funcionalització en fase tardana. Els estudis d'acoblament donen suport al seu potencial com a inhibidors de Des1. Tots dos compostos sintetitzats seran avaluats com a inhibidors de Des1 The stereoselective synthesis of cyclopropenone-based ceramide derivatives as potential Des 1 inhibitors is presented. By harnessing the singular reactivity of cyclopropenones one of the potential Des1 inhibitors, bearing a 1,2-dichalcogen heterocycle, has been synthesized in an effective and time-saving manner via late-stage functionalization. Docking studies support their potential as Des1 inhibitors. Both synthetized compounds will be evaluated as Des1 inhibitors
