    Joel Pallarès Príncep Software for running the Fire Safety Regulation in Industrial Establishments Final Master's Project Adviser: Dr. Carlos Turón Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering Summary To implement the Regulation of Security Against Fires in the Industrial Establishments (Royal decree 2267/2004, December 3), a basic software application has been developed in order to make the regulation more understandable by introducing the necessary data, the configuration and environment placement of the industrial area. That is, for a given industrial establishment, the application calculates the fire load in each sector or fire area, it determines a type of inherent risk, calculates the minimum needed active protection facilities to install and finally, establishes the industrial area maintenance program.
