Port terminals are dedicated to the transfer of liquid bulk loads by an entourage of infrastructure that allow the necessary measures to ensure the satisfaction of users and customers port operations. This project shows the technical development needed for the design of areas related to the storage and distribution of bulk liquids. The parameters involved in maintaining product quality, from the legal and technical conditions involving the manipulation of products derived human food chain are defined. The provisioning model and supply of goods according to the capacity demand of the terminal in an annual cycle is also defined.
