Monitoring of the control loops in the papermachine

Abstract:
Improvements in two systems of the company were implemented in order to make faster analysis of the live check of the control loops. Furthermore, the tunning of the level control loop of the machine chest has been carried out, achieving great. Maintaining the refiner working when doing a change in this level, decreasing the overshoot of the response or decreasing the variability in both machine and mixing chest consistencies are some of the KPIs stablished. Finally, operators are saving more than 5 times the amount of time it takes to make a change in this chest with the new PI.
