Improviment and optimization of emulsions'preperation and cleaning process

    Abstract:
    The present project aims to reduce the amount of aqueous waste generated in the plant. To this end, the processes of emulsions’ preparation and cleaning had to be studied, improved and optimised. To do so, it has been gathered information about the problem, finding in this way the root causes. Then, has been proposed solutions. And finally, some of the proposals have been implemented with outstanding results. It has been reduced by 27% the aqueous waste in the plant.
