Abstract: The digital world is bringing so much changes in every aspect of life and helping in improving and reshaping the way of work. Digitization of maintenance tools improves the efficiency of work and management of maintenance system. Digitization of maintenance tools provides an online access to the maintenance task, schedule and status of the equipment’s which improves the communication between production line and maintenance department. Digitization besides from increasing the efficiency of the work also saves the records and the data related to the equipment’s in case any natural disaster occurs or any loss happens.
