    Abstract: Academic project Revamping of an Existing Pressure Swing Adsorption Unit to Maximize Hydrogen Production. Includes a preliminary simulation of adsorption breakthrough curves, along with a simulation of the existing 4-bed PSA unit taking into consideration the current constraints. Then, diverse simulations carried out considering several hypotheses, including: a feed pressure increase, a feed pressure increase plus a change in the PSA configuration allowing a zero idle time, a six-bed configuration, and a six-bed configuration plus a feed pressure increase. Revamping approach and economic assessment of the best considered solution.
