Abstract: Proposal for a B2B business plan for specialty coffee based on direct trade with producers to ensure product quality. The aim is to integrate a blockchain solution to increase traceability. We intend to integrate microproducers into the specialty coffee supply chain because it is more lucrative with the aim of improving their socioeconomic condition. Our proposal, in addition to being commercial, seeks to generate impact through the transfer of knowledge to the producer and the execution of projects in their community as part of the ethical and sustainable policies on which the company is based.
