    Abstract:
    The production of wine and beer have been following two very different paths throughout the whole period of history, which has led to the fact that they are currently being prepared largely separately. This project attempts to reunite them again, studying and analyzing the synergies involved in their joint development, sharing space and resources. This work, as being a project for the construction of a brewhouse, consists of a first part where the water supply from its location is analyzed, a second part where the mixed process of elaboration is designed of the two main drinks, and a third part, the most extensive, where the confluence between the elaboration of wine and beer is studied, with procedures for the elaboration of mixed recipes, possible synergies between the two methods of elaboration and possible cross contamination that can be derived.
