    Abstract:
    The main objective of this work is to analyse the content of three Spanish textbooks published in Romania. To begin with, I took use of what was written in several works about methods and criteria on how to analyse textbooks. Afterwards, I outlined the Romanian educational systems’ structure: educational nominatives, curricular structure and an overview study about the position of Spanish language in our educational system. The next point is to set a pattern that would achieve the Minister of Education approval and compare each schoolbook with it. In the finale phase, I analysed the data I have obtained and came up with a series of activities in order to emphasis the lack of materials about listening and comprehension of the language, as non of the manuals above concentrated upon it.
