    Abstract: The aim of this Project is to present a new Design of Salou’s Tourism Office, adapted to the new times and the real needs of the tourists who visit it. The Project is based of 4 pillars: the human factor, the creation and promotion of tourism products, the technological innovation and digitalization of services and accessibility. These four pillars will lead to an office with modern and accessible facilities, capable of creating unique experiences, enhancing all the resources of Salou in a sustainable way, and mostly, the chance that tourist remember us as an essential part of his memorable experiences lived in Salou. The tourist office should become the best travel friend of the tourist at the destination. The project initially sets out with three question, that gives shape to the whole work, and ends with the proposal of a new tourist office for the municipality. In addition, it has realized a diagnosis based on the SWOT methodology in order to define the correct actions to take advantage of the opportunities, and preparing the tourism office to face the possible threats. The object of study is integrated within the framework of the techno-digital era and Smart Tourism Destinations. The municipality of Salou currently begins the process for its conversion into a DTI, following the methodology of SEGITTUR. On the other hand, thanks to the winning project “Salou Smart Turístic”, submitted in the Convocatoria de Destinos Turísticos Inteligentes de Red.es, Salou has obtained an investment of 2,941,500 euros to carry out (two years) different actions, mostly technological scope, to become a Smart Destination. The DMO Of Salou is one of the members who will lead the conversion process. Undoubtedly it will be a new period full of challenges and opportunities not only for Salou, but also for the Tourist offices of Salou.
