Abstract: The present project has as an objective satisfy the needs of the new building allocated to laboratories for agri-food products situated to the industrial polygon San Marcos of Getafe (Madrid). For this reason, realises the pertinent energetic study in order to reduce to the maximum the energetic demand of the building as well as the design of the installations of climate, calculation of the electrical installations and the fire protection installations.
