Abstract: The purpose of this work was to set the inverter of a racing electric motorcycle. In order to achieve the objective of finishing the MotoStudent competition race (5 laps around the Motorland circuit in Spain) a simulation model was created in Simulink. The model simulates the behaviour of the electric motorcycle powertrain and predicts the energy consumption per lap. With the results obtained from the simulation it was possible to define a configuration for the inverter that fulfilled all the requirements set. El propòsit d'aquest treball era establir l'inversor d'una motocicleta elèctrica de curses. Per tal d'aconseguir l'objectiu d'acabar la cursa de competició de MotoStudent (5 voltes al voltant del circuit de Motorland a Espanya) es va crear un model de simulació a Simulink. El model simula el comportament del motor elèctric i prediu el consum d'energia per volta. Amb els resultats obtinguts de la simulació, va ser possible definir una configuració per a l'inversor que complís tots els requisits establerts.
