Among the educational and mediation practices in museums, it is worth highlighting those that allow the creativity of students in educational centres to be enhanced. The «Dechados» project analyzes and defines those examples of good mediation practices in museums that enable visiting students to generate creative potential. The concept of inclusive creativity is incorporated, taking into account the postulates of equality that imply a greater gender balance. The methodology used is the case study, focusing on the selected example of the MAMT Museu d’Art Modern de la Diputació de Tarragona, an entity on the fringes of the large museums that dominate the media scene. A reflection is made on the trajectory of the MAMT to finally focus on the research of the «Dechados» project. A series of factors have been detected that have a decisive impact on the transfer of divergent thinking to students, depending the combined actions.
