Abstract:
This work is the product of the lecture given in the University of Huelva in October of 2017, in the framework of the twentieth anniversary of the regulation of the integrated pollution prevention and control. On this paper we deal with the contributions of the industrial emissions directive in relation with the environmental inspection of the activities. We analyse specifically the basic legislation of the environmental inspection of the activities subject to integrated environmental authorisation, regulated by the lay and by the implementing regulation. On the other side, we study in general terms the regulation of the environmental inspection by the autonomous communities, paying special attention to the practical development. Finally, we focus on the regulation of the environmental inspection by Catalonia, particularly of the Collaborating entities, that play a special role.
