Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to use Fourier Analysis to establish an accurate evaluation of the thermal difference between the town of Tarragona and theirs surroundings. The application has allowed to reduce the data number of the daily air temperature used, obtaining a typical annual time function. This function allows the calculation of the value of the mean daily air temperature corresponding for any day along the year. The comparison of the typical annual time functions obtained corresponding to the town and the surroundings shows the thermal impact of the urban growth. -from English summary
