Abstract: Antecedentes: construir escalas balanceadas permite controlar la aquiescencia (ACQ), haciendo que la tendencia del encuestado a estar de acuerdo con los ítems positivos se cancele con la tendencia a estar de acuerdo con los ítems del polo opuesto.
