    Abstract:
    Tm3+-doped MgMoO4 crystal was grown by Czochralski. Thermal properties of crystal were determined. Spectroscopic studies were shown broad emission band in 1.6 2.15 μ m region (the 3F4} → 3H6 transition) and a long 3F4 excited-state lifetime that makes this crystal promising for lasers.
