    Abstract:
    In order to improve professional development of university teachers, it seems to be relevant participation conditions in training programs. In this work it is identified the descriptive characteristics of the induction training to university teaching. An exploratory-descriptive methodology has been used through documentary and content analysis. The results illustrate the access’ conditions and we offer recommendations for the training design.
