    Abstract:
    It is essential to study the assessment of university teacher training for the improvement of their pedagogical and didactic preparation. The communication aims to identify the techniques for evaluating participants and training courses for new teachers. An exploratory-descriptive methodology is used, with documentary and content analysis. The results reveal a generalized summative evaluation to assess teacher learning and it is infrequent to find a thorough evaluation of the impact and results of training.
