Patrimonial liability of the Spanish State after the reform of the legislation of the legal regime for Public Administrations and the common administrative procedure

Resumen:
The purpose of the article is to analyze the changes promoted in the subject of the Spanish State's patrimonial liability from the reform of the legislation pertinent to the legal regime of public administrations and the common administrative procedure. With the repeal of Law no. 30/1992, of November 26, which regulated the Legal Regime for Public Administrations and for the Common Administrative Procedure, the subject underwent changes made by the promulgation of Law no. 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure for Public Administrations, and Law no. 40/2015, of October 1, of Public Sector Legal Regime, which introduced relevant changes in the matter.
