Nurses' attitudes and perceptions towards suicidal behaviour: Systematic review of qualitative studies

Resumen:
Main objective: To know the perceptions and attitudes towards suicidal behaviour by nurses, as well as their influence on its evaluation and approach to it. Methodology: Systematic review of qualitative studies that follows the metasynthesis model for the analysis of results. Results: The total number of articles included in this paper has been thirteen, through which, four thematic categories that summarise the results of the evaluated studies have been obtained. Conclusions: The paper provides a vision of the path that is being followed, from a moralistic stance towards suicidal behaviour, to the understanding of the pathology that has to be assessed, treated and prevented.
