Knowledge and use of digital technologies in Physical Education: an analysis of in-service and pre-service teachers

    Resumen:
    The present study aims to analyze the knowledge of Digital Technologies (DT) among in-service Physical Education (PE) teachers and pre-service teachers. Data were collected using the CUTDEF questionnaire, designed and validated by Menescardi et al. (15), and administered to a sample of 75 participants, of whom 36 were in-service teachers and 39 were pre-service teachers. The results show that the pedagogical integration of DT in the field of PE remains limited. Differences were also observed in the use and knowledge of certain applications between both groups. These findings highlight the need to strengthen specific training in digital competencies in order to promote a more effective integration of technologies in Physical Education training.
