Resumen:
This communication analyses to what extent prospection in the old language allows us to fix the verbal regime of our current legal and administrative language. It addresses, broadly speaking, the criteria to be applied when deciding whether old Catalan should be resorted to, and which criteria are suitable after it has been ascertained that a prospection may be useful.
