    Abstract:
    SERS spectra of Al substrates with highly-ordered nanoconcavities of less than 100 nm. Each nanoconcavity is decorated with a single Au nanoparticle formed by sputtering and thermal annealing processes. These data refers to the detection of 4-MPY for different very low concentrations by using SERS with 785 nm laser with the various prepared substrates.
