    Resumen:
This dataset compiles clinical and microbiological data from children diagnosed with obesity who participated in the Obemat 2.0 project. It includes gut microbial abundances obtained through the 16S rRNA sequencing method, along with calculated diversity indices and relevant clinical variables used in the associated study. These variables include the age, the metabolic risk score, BMI z-score, and changes in various cardiovascular risk factors throughout the intervention. (2025-10-24)
