    Abstract:
    This project is the design of the facilities of a building intended for residential and commercial center. The building comprises a total of six plants, three of which are for housing, both in commercial as the latest plant is designed to machine. The facilities of this project are the core of a building in which we can find the installation of air conditioning, installation of cold water and hot water, electrical installations, fire protection and circuits wastewater and rainwater.
