Abstract:
This project defines the work to be done to install a system in a hotel in immòtic reforms. It aims to provide a better building management, security and comfort for the client. To do this, we propose an installation based on the European standard KNX / EIB. This facility will be a distributed system, however, implemented a centralized management from the direction of the hotel. In the area of ​​security system will be designed so that it covers gas leaks, water, fire or intrusion alarms. The installation also targets comfort with a view to allowing the client control lighting, temperature and motorization of blinds. It defines the bus, the topology of the installation and all devices necessary to implement the system.
