Abstract: Introducir las TIC de forma general en escuelas e institutos tiene innumerables implicaciones, y no solo desde el punto de vista pedagógico, sino también por lo que respecta a la organización. En este contexto, el Plan TAC puede resultar una poderosísima herramienta que ayude a planificar mejor esa introducción. En esta reflexión, tratamos de compartir el proceso de diseño del Plan TAC, con todas sus fases e implicaciones, en el Instituto Joaquín Bau, que puede servir de guía para cualquier otro centro. Este proceso se ha sentido una necesidad por parte del claustro, como consecuencia de la implantación del proyecto eduCAT1x1, concreción del programa Escuela 2.0.El Plan TAC es el documento que recoge todo este proceso y que sirve de pauta para la ejecución de las acciones que se derivan de él, y de ahí su extrema importancia. Conscientes de ello, en este artículo desgranamos cada una de las acciones que hemos seguido para diseñar nuestro Plan TAC y desarrollamos las fases por las que hemos pasado. Introducing ICT in schools and colleges has many implications, not only from a pedagogical point of view, but also in order to resolve organization problems. In this context, the «Plan TAC» can be a powerful tool to help in the design of the process for that introduction. In this paper, we try to share the process of designing a «Plan TAC», with all its phases and implications, at the Joaquín Bau college, which can serve as a guide for any other school. This process has been felt as a need by our teachers, as a result of implementation of Educat 1x1 Project, the Escuela 2.0 specification in Catalonia.The Plan TAC is the document where we set out this process and serves us as a guideline for the implementation of actions arising from it, hence its extreme importance. Because of this, this article explains each of the actions we have continued to design and develop our TAC Plan and the stages we went through
