Resum:
The first contact with the medical staff at a hospital emergency department (ED) is made with the nursing staff, these professionals perform the triage of patients, currently defined as Reception, Welcome and Classification (RWC). For this assessment safely for the patient needed competencies and skills necessary to make effective management of patients according to their needs and problems and adapt them to the structure of HUS. This thesis is developed in two phases, the first phase analyzes the current situation of the nurses who perform triage / RAC Terres de l'Ebre and phase 2 defines the level of competence which should have nurses who perform the RAC and the HUS designs, implements and analyzes the impact of an educational intervention to improve these skills. An evaluation of skills and socio-demographic and interest and intervention training that uses observation, simulation clinic and e-learning. The experience and training in HUS improve the level of competence of the nurses / RAC will realize that the training has been positive intervention to improve the competencies and skills of professionals and sorting process in general. It defines the proficient level as the minimum required for sorting / RAC safely for the patient
