Las paremias de la alimentación y la gastronomía en español: léxico y contenido metafórico

Resum:
In different languages, sayings or expressions arise on the basis of a concrete image of reality, and their image reflects the geographical and social environment, its traditions, its most precious objects, its spiritual experience, etc. In addition, the specific-cultural can also appear in how certain messages and content closely linked to the mental and everyday universe of speakers are conceptualized and expressed. In this study, we contribute disalisted a new system to the different pedagogical approaches to lexical approach, which starts from the systematized study of the vocabulary content in paremias. Applying this idea to the study of the lexicon and Spanish culture our intention has been to facilitate the learning of the Spanish lexicon related to the world of food and gastronomy and at the same time obtain accurate and didactically necessary information about the Spanish material culture linked to this particular area and also get to know the moral and social idiosyncrasies of Spanish society thanks to the teachings contained in the paremias studied.
