Los diccionarios bilingües en la enseñanza de español a sinohablantes: análisis y propuestas

    This thesis aims to investigate how the second language learners of the Spanish language use the bilingual dictionary to solve production problems and what problems are presented by the bilingual dictionaries that regularly consult during this process through an empirical study on the use of the dictionary in the classroom of 215 Chinese students who study Spanish at the university level. The analysis of the corpus of data that is collected with record sheets about the consultation process in the dictionary when performing production tasks in Spanish by these students reveals their most common behaviors and the difficulties they encounter. Based on these data, a proposal is offered for the elaboration of some guidelines for the creation of a bilingual dictionary of Chinese-Spanish learning for students of the initial level, a tool that may help teaching-learning in Spanish as a foreign language to this group.
