This thesis consists of 3 studies related to 3 constructs connected to the role of energy in human behavior and in the ability of people to live a life with greater meaning and well-being: Energetic Intelligence, Flow and Flourishing. In the global context of the enormous challenge that humanity is experiencing as a result of Covid-19, it is especially important to accompany people to: 1) identify, be more aware and competent when using the energy that lives inside and outside of themselves; 2) learn to regulate it, 3) choose what and where to invest it, 4) live states of fluidity in the face of adversity and 5) identify that life purpose that gives meaning to their existence regardless of the external circumstances that they have had to live. This accompaniment can be done through many methodologies. In this thesis, we address energy coaching as one of the possible ways to do it. Methodology The inventories of 1) Energetic Intelligence, (IIEN-33) (n = 1020, 39.60% men y 60.40% women) , 2) Short Dispositional Flow Scale (SDFS) (n =731, 42.2% men y 57.8% women) and 3) Psychological Well-being Scale or Flourishing Scale (F5) ) (n = 856, 42 % men y 58% women) have been reliably designed in a working population who speaks Spanish. Furthermore, the correlation of these variables with each other has been psychometrically studied, as well as with Personality, Self-esteem, and Self-efficacy. Conclusions: The Energetic Intelligence, construct is validated. It is demonstrated that the three instruments have an optimal psychometric goodness, these are related to the measurement and use of energy in human behavior. The foundations of Coaching Psychology and Energetic Coaching are exposed as methodologies to help people to use their energy intelligently. In addition, the correlation of the previous variables with Personality, Self-esteem, Self-efficacy is studied.
