    This thesis is a feminist activist research that aims to redefine ways of understanding and acting against gender-related violences (GRVs) with trainings. At a time when gender policies are flourishing, I try to provide tools that allow radical addressing of this serious social problem. From two feminist research-actions (GapWork and USVreact) in which adult people (young practitioners and university communities respectively) are trained, I make theoretical, political and methodological proposals oriented to shake the roots of violence. The thesis consists of four publications. In the first, a book chapter, we show the importance of designing trainings on sexual violences from intersectional feminist perspectives. In the paper that follows, based on feminist methodological contributions and participatory and collaborative approach, we drew up a proposal for criteria and dimensions to evaluate trainings on GRVs. In the following paper, we share methodological and procedural reflections that are rooted in the GapWork. Finally, I present another book chapter where I articulate recommendations in planning policies to address sexual violence based on good practices in the Catalan context that goes beyond the classical preventive approach. The thesis shows the potentialities of IAF and feminist and queer pedagogy to promote reflection, but also commitment to social change and radical approaches against GRVs.
