Abstract:
The study has a practical and applied: get to have elements for reflections for the working methodologies and their importance and relevance to the objectives in the activities of politicization and empowerment of the Programa de Desarrollo del Poder Local (Power Local Development Program) of UNITAS in El Alto, Bolivia. For it, the aim is to understand dynamics of power at structural symbolic and practical levels, take precedent in relation to participants categorized as “young” of the Taller de Formación Política (Political Training Workshop). The thesis, in full, is composed as a paradigmatic review of the discussion of Complexity and an approach and methodological proposed, provided congruent and articulated with the researcher’s assumption as hybrid disciplinary: anthropologist and social worker, although the thesis is framed within de so-called political anthropology.
