Abstract:
This doctoral thesis is the result of an investigation supervised through the Faculty of Juridical Sciences of the University Rovira i Virgili. The research has been carried out based on the theoretical analysis of the commercial relationship between China and Spain, China and Latin America, and Spain and Latin America, through a methodology that consists of exploring the existing links at the historical level and looking for future commercial opportunities. Therefore, the innovative aspect of the thesis is framed in the financial investigation of new commercial opportunities between China and Spain in the context of the digital era and third markets.
