Abstract:
This work wants to be a contribution to the international debate about the nature and scope of symbol. The main object is the epistemological-theoretical analysis on the concept of symbol and its basics forms of representation, getting to see in it, a vehicle of knowledge, a language, a bridge of communication between the deep of human being and the reality that transcends. Using a method that combines the analyses of the symbol with the symbolic description, I suggest a structure that emphasizes the purpose expresses. The first chapter focuses on the reflection of symbolic-symbol in the field of psychology. The second one deals with the symbol in the philosophy and the third chapter deals with the symbol in the art. Phenomenology and theology form the fourth chapter and in the last chapter, I will try to demonstrate new perspectives for the anthropology.
